Established in 1982 under the development of Owner and President Zack Workman. In 1988, Lawns Unlimited, Inc. purchased 15 acres to be located on Hwy 69 at the South edge of Cameron city limits. HYDROSEEDING
Hydroseeding is used to seed grass on commercial sites, lawns and areas too large, inaccessible or unsuitable for conventional methods. Starting a lawn by hydroseeding is considerably cheaper than laying sod/turf and quicker than using seed. It is also used to spread mixtures of wildflower and tree/shrub seeds or turf grasses for erosion control.

• All installations come with a ‘Timer’ and ‘Photo Cell’ to enhance your hours of usage. Simply set the control panel to the desired time of activation and the number of hours of operation. Should the customer wish to run the lights from sunset to sunrise, simply active the ‘Photo Cell’ and the control panel will respond accordingly.

LAWN CARE APPLICATION
The following is a list of approximate dates for the application and the materials to be applied during the season. The dates of the applications may vary depending upon weather conditions during the application season. As you will note below, three out of the four applications are granular. Only the second application is liquid. Of any application we provide, the second application is most likely to be affected by winds, rain or heat in reference to the application process and time required. We have learned through the years the best-laid plans are still controlled by Mother Nature. It is our intent to maintain a good working relationship with all of our customers at all times. It is difficult to tailor the applications around individual needs, but should you have a special event, concern, or request, we will do our very best to oblige. All estimates are free and non-binding. Each lawn is measured and priced according to the actual sq. footage of turf on the property.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
All grub control is provided on per individual need or request. It is NOT included in the four-application program. Grub control can be provided as a preventative measure or applied during activity to control the insect. We ask you keep in mind that Grub Control not only affects the activity of the grub but will reduce mole activity in the lawn. Grubs are the moles #1 food source. Eliminate the food source and you will have better control of the mole.
